HelperKids Platform Terms

Last updated: February 17, 2026

These Terms describe how families, subscribers, and visitors may use HelperKids. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to a service, or otherwise using HelperKids, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility and Parent Responsibility

Parent or guardian supervision is required for child-operated services. Guardians are responsible for account setup, route decisions, communications, and compliance with local requirements related to youth work and neighborhood activity.

3. Accounts and Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, including authorized users in your household.

4. Services, Pricing, and Billing

Subscriber charges, billing cycles, and service details are presented during signup and in account views. Payments are processed by third-party processors such as Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges consistent with the selected service terms.

5. Cancellations and Refund Handling

Cancellation timing and billing effects depend on your plan and applicable policies shown at checkout or in your account. Unless required by law, previously processed charges may be non-refundable once service periods begin.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use HelperKids for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or unsafe behavior. This includes impersonation, harassment, unauthorized data collection, payment abuse, or attempts to interfere with platform security.

7. Intellectual Property

Platform design, software, and branding are owned by HelperKids or its licensors. You retain rights to your submitted content, but you grant HelperKids a limited license to host, display, and process that content to operate the service.

8. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for interruptions caused by maintenance, third-party dependencies, or events outside our reasonable control.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

HelperKids is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, HelperKids and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of the platform. Direct liability, if any, is limited to amounts paid for applicable service periods.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised version. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the platform.
